My journey in early childhood education began over 20 years ago, working in every setting from centers, public schools to private nannying. However, it was my own transition into motherhood that sparked a deep dive into self-development. That personal growth led me to become a certified life coach, where I began helping others master growth mindset and self-regulation.
A few years into my coaching practice, I realized these life-changing tools shouldn't wait until adulthood. I decided to return to my early childhood roots with a new vision: to integrate professional coaching strategies into a preschool environment. I opened my in-home preschool to merge these two worlds into one seamless system—giving children a "Conscious Classroom" where emotional intelligence is just as important as academic milestones.
