​A Licensed Home-Based Program in Seven Valleys

​Hi, I’m Tara! Welcome to my early education program right here in Seven Valleys. As a licensed home-based educator, I’ve created a special space for children ages 2 to 5 where learning feels like home and every child is treated like family.

​My Heart-Centered Approach

​What truly sets my program apart is my focus on Conscious Connections. I believe that before a child can focus on their ABCs, they first need to feel safe, seen, and understood. I’ve built my classroom around the idea that every moment is a chance to practice Mindfulness and Self-Regulation. I walk alongside my students as they learn how to navigate "big feelings" and build the social and emotional skills they’ll use for the rest of their lives.

​Embracing Nature

​I have a strong belief in the power of the natural world. Whenever we can, we spend a lot of our time outside to embrace nature and learn from the world around us. Whether we are watching the garden grow or exploring the outdoors, I believe that fresh air and natural discovery are essential for a child’s growth and curiosity.

​Getting Ready for the Big Step

​While we spend a lot of time nurturing the heart and exploring nature, we are also hard at work getting "big school" ready! I am dedicated to ensuring every child is Kindergarten Ready.

​I believe that when a child can regulate their emotions and communicate with their peers, they are in the best possible position to soak up academic skills. We integrate foundational literacy, math, and motor skills into our daily rhythm so that when it’s time for kindergarten, your child walks through those doors with confidence and all the building blocks they need to succeed.
